People: Philanthropists

Without patrons and philanthropists, creation would be very difficult. In this website, we distinguish between patrons and philanthropists as follows: Patron’s contributions are focused upon a project, people or place and create the needed support to give birth to creation, give it its premieres, unveilings and continuing live performances, as well as recordings, films, and exhibitions in museums and halls. Philanthropy, is a way of life, with philanthropists planning for and supporting places, people and pianos with their money and influence in ways that allow patrons of all types to support the arts in ways that last beyond their lifetimes.
